September: Master Classes, Webinar, WorldCC AI Contracting Week Workshop

Enhance your contracting skills by training with Tech Contracts Academy. This month, we offer a Tech Contracts Master Class series starting September 7th, and a webinar, Top Six Mistakes in Cloud Services Agreements, Including SaaS and AI, on September 12th. Taught by author of The Tech Contracts Handbook, our founder, David Tollen, each includes Q&A. Our classes benefit lawyers and businesspeople engaged in contracts involving technology – including the purchase or sale of artificial intelligence (AI). Conveniently available via distance learning – and if the schedule is inconvenient (or you just want to re-watch), recordings are available for a limited time after the live classes.

And – we’re thrilled to announce that David is among the industry experts, thought leaders, and innovators invited by World Commerce & Contracting Association (WorldCC) to participate in its upcoming AI Contracting Week. This virtual event aims to accelerate the adoption of AI in contracting, breaking down barriers and fostering open discussion and collaboration. On September 27th, David leads an interactive workshop: AI Tools for Drafting and Negotiating Contracts. (Details below).

We hope to see you soon.
