“This was easily the most helpful, on-point and productive training I’ve received … Really fantastic to get a deep dive on these issues and have questions answered by an expert. Would recommend to anyone.” (Student testimonial.)
David Tollen teaches our Tech Contracts Master Class™ series, available on your schedule now in our On-Demand library, and next live in the fall of 2025. The Master Classes cover the key terms in contracts for software and other IT offerings, including artificial intelligence (AI), and related professional services. Taken together, they prepare contracting professionals to better understand – and more confidently draft and negotiate – these contracts.
Each Master Class runs about 2 hours. Classes may be purchased individually – but for best value (both in learning and cost savings) – as a 4-course series: We’re currently offering a nearly 15% On-Demand series discount, and a nearly 25% live series discount. Whether On-Demand or live, students receive certificates, the slides, and California CLE credit. (See below for more information about Continuing Legal Education.)
Here are the curriculum outlines for each currently available On-Demand Master Class:
Want to try before you buy? Each individual class page in our On-Demand library has a link to a complimentary sample video lesson, which you may view with no obligation: Master Class #1 here, Master Class #2 here, Master Class #3 here, Master Class #4 here.
