Copyright Licenses (with Minimal Scope Terms)

Provided Customer complies with the restrictions below in Section _ (License Conditions and Restrictions), Provider hereby grants Customer a license during the Term: (a) to reproduce and use up to __ copies of the Software; (b) to modify the Software as described in Attachment 1 (Modification Specifications); and (c) to distribute the resulting derivative work (the “Derivative Work”) to Customer’s Network Partners.
