Tech Contract Academy’s David Tollen recently presented at AI & The Law: An Operator’s Guide to AI Risk, Governance, and Contracts.
This June 2026 program was a collaboration between Briefly, Chief of Staff Network, and Legal Operators. David contributed to Session 3, “AI Contracting: Protecting Your Organization In Every Deal.” Topics included renegotiating terms, IP ownership and control issues re inputs and outputs of AI models, and how to work with teams: go-to-market, sales, procurement, and legal.
