In four webinars, with live Q&A, running weekly on Thursdays from Sept. 25 to Oct. 16, 2025, learn the key clauses in contracts about AI, SaaS, on-premise software, and other IT products and services. Each runs just over 2 hours, and is taught by David Tollen, author of the American Bar Association’s perennial best-seller, The Tech Contracts Handbook.
In addition to the live webinar, you receive access to a recording (limited time – 30 days), written materials to reinforce your learning (course slides), and certificates of attendance. (California CLE available; details below.) Each Master Class may be purchased individually, or at about a 9% discount as a four-course bundle.
