Last week, David Tollen taught a two-hour workshop for the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC). The ACC Mountain West Chapter held its annual Tech Law Symposium in Salt Lake City. And David taught Key Terms in Cloud and Software Contracts: Intellectual Property, Commercial Terms, and Liability.
In other words, ACC held a live, in-person event! Here’s hoping we’ll see more in-person meetings as the nation recovers from the pandemic.
