Subject to Section __ (Qualification of End Customers), Reseller may sell subscriptions to the System authorizing its end customers to access and use the System; provided Provider is not required to give System access to any end customer that does not execute the System’s then-standard terms of use. Provider retains all right, title, and interest in and to the System, including without limitation all computers, other hardware, and software incorporated into or used by the System. This Agreement does not grant Reseller any intellectual property rights to the System, including without limitation any right to distribute, reproduce, or modify the software included in the System.
