Refund for Failed Deliverables

If a Deliverable does not conform to its Specifications on the third or any subsequent Delivery, Customer may require a refund of fees paid corresponding to such Deliverable. Provider shall provide such refund within 30 days of Customer’s written request, and Customer shall promptly return the Deliverable. If Customer exercises it, such refund right provides Customer’s sole remedy for the failure of any Deliverable to conform to its Specifications.
