Starting in January of 2019, David will teach a course for both J.D. and Ll.M. candidates, called Tech Industry Contracts: Drafting and Negotiating Software Licenses, Cloud Computing Agreements, and Other IT Contracts. The course is a modified version of Tech Contracts Academy’s comprehensive training on IT agreements. (You can learn more here.)

David is delighted to be working with UC Berkeley (his undergrad alma mater), and we’re pleased and honored by the connection.
