By the start of each Subscription Term, Provider shall make a copy of the SaaS’s then-current documentation available to Customer. Provider hereby grants Customer a license to reproduce such documentation as reasonably necessary to support internal use of the SaaS during the Term, with all other rights reserved to Provider. Such documentation is Provider’s Confidential Information pursuant to Section __ (Confidentiality).

The Licensed Product includes the standard user manual for Provider’s ConfusoTron software application. With each update and upgrade, Provider shall deliver the updated user manual (if any), and upon delivery, such manual will become part of the updated Licensed Product.

Provider hereby grants Distributor a license during the Term (a) to reproduce the Documentation, (b) to distribute the Documentation to any end-customer receiving a license to the Software, and (c) to sublicense to such end-customers Distributor’s right to reproduce the Documentation, provided no end-customer receives rights to reproduce the documentation more than reasonably necessary to support its internal use of the Software.

Provider shall, without additional charge: (a) prepare such documentation as is reasonably necessary to operate the Customized Software (the “Documentation”); (b) deliver the Documentation to Customer upon delivery of the Customized Software; and (c) revise and redeliver the Documentation as reasonably necessary during the Term in response to revision of the Customized Software, including without limitation as a result of rejection and redelivery pursuant to Section __ (Acceptance). Provider hereby grants Customer a license to reproduce the Documentation during the Term as reasonably necessary to support internal use of the Customized Software.
