Upon its Acceptance, each Deliverable will be considered part of the [Software] [Cloud Services] and subject to this Agreement’s terms applicable to the [Software] [Cloud Services], including without limitation the rights listed in Section __ ([License or Subscription]).

Effective on Acceptance of each Deliverable, Provider hereby grants Customer a nonexclusive, non-transferable license during the Term: (a) to reproduce, modify, and use the Deliverable, solely for Customer’s internal business purposes; and (b) to sublicense the rights in Subsection (a) above to its contractors, solely to the extent that they need such rights to support work on Customer’s internal business purposes.

Effective on Acceptance of each Deliverable, Provider hereby grants Customer a nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, fully paid, royalty-free, license: (a) to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and use the Deliverable; and (b) to sublicense any or all such rights to third parties.
