Our Tech Contracts Master Class™ series continues on October 19th with the 3rd of four classes – Key Liability Terms: Indemnities, Warranties, and Limits of Liability. Each Master Class is available once per series, so if you’ve missed either of the first 2 Master Classes don’t worry – they’ll be offered again in November and January.
Feedback has been positive! Here’s some from the Prime Clauses Master Class: “The presentation was easy to follow and very informative. I appreciate the willingness to take time to participate in Q&A, which produced additional useful information.” Click here to register for any Master Class.
Also coming up are one hour webinars on October 20th (register here) and November 9. We hope you will join us!
