Webinar, Wednesday 4/17/19, 10:00 a.m. PDT – SaaS, PaaS and IaaS: Evaluating Cloud Service Agreement Models, Negotiating Key Terms, Minimizing Contract Disputes. David is one of three panelists in a program organized by Strafford. It will guide business and technology counsel in drafting contracts for customers of cloud computing services. The panel will focus on the key terms in these contracts and discuss how they differ from traditional software license terms.
